"WhyNotWeekend Vol 4" is not really a workshop; rather its a time-travel experience back to the electrifying era of the 90s, where self-expression knew no bounds (and some of us haven’t born yet lol). Get ready to dive deep into your inner child, rekindle your creative spirit, and create memories that'll last a lifetime (e.g, timecapsule!)

Our canvas? The lush, welcoming embrace of Senjaraya's frontyard. Our tools? Pencils, and lots of drawing materials from our home, sketchbooks, and your boundless imagination around the place. We don’t expect you to be realistic with the live drawing session, we expect you to have fun.

As we gather on a vibrant picnic blanket, the essence of the 90s will surround us. From the fashion of the time to the beat of its music, we'll be immersed in an era of unapologetic self-expression. The dress code? Think 90s casual, but feel free to dress vintage casual!

What to Expect?

• Live Sketch Sessions : Let your creative spirit soar as we guide you through live sketching sessions that bring the figures and environments of the 90s to life. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, these sessions are designed for everyone to enjoy.
• Beverages and Snacks : Try the refreshing drink from SenjaRaya and their infamous snack of handmade fries. There will be enough for all of us!
• Sharing and Storytelling: We believe in the power of stories. As the day draws to a close, share your experiences and memories of the 90s in an optional, heartwarming sharing session. It's your chance to make your voice heard, inspired by the theme but not by force.
• Timecapsule!!!! : If you haven't heard yet about timecapsule, it is when we write our wish for our future self, and keep it, burry it in a box to open it on the agreed date...together. We were thinking about 3 years in future, hmm...something to discuss.
