Harmony in the Wild

Welcome to our very first camp night! This event is initiated and hosted by our friend Jei Daniel for her love of music and supported by our friend Aziz in collaboration with Toko Re, making this event possible.

This camp night is perfect for those who long for a chill, cozy musical night on the weekend. Through this event, Jei will share her first song and walk us through the story behind her music. Along with that, we hope other musicians and anyone who needs a break from real life will enjoy and share connections. We can take turn singing without pressure, and just simply be in the moment.

By the end of the live music, we will collaborate and have some BBQ dinner, warm ourselves with bonfire and play games to connect with each other in a smaller group. The event will end with a time capsule for ourselves, later kept by Toko Re in their safe space to be opened by the end of the year all together.

This event is more prepared than we ever did before, with help from Aziz and supported by Toko Re - we believe this volume will be meaningful!! Looking forward to meet you new faces <3

Rundown:

Day 1

14:00 - Meeting point at our friend’s house in Villa Bukit Tidar (exact location will be shared H-1)

14:30 - Going to bedengan together

15:30 - Opening and event introduction by Jei and Why Not Weekend

15:45 - Live music + sharing session by Jei Daniel & sing along, on picnic style.

17:30 - Task dividing for camping preparation, bonfire setup, and BBQ/dinner preparations.

18:00 - BBQ and chill by the bonfire, dinner time.

19:30 - Game night with fun activities and team challenges.

21:00 - Time Capsule by Toko Re

22:00 - Free time and rest.

Day 2

Wake up whenever before 8 AM to enjoy coffee and morning chill by the river under the sun. And together we ramp up the tent and come back to the world more refresh and motivated than ever!

Inclusions

• Enterance Fee + parking
• Event setup, picnic style
• Snacks + BBQ dinner
• Tent sharing (3-4 person/tent) + mattress
• Freeflow water (limited)

Exclusion

• Sleeping bag (conditional for adds on min H-2)
• Transportation to location (If you dont have transportation to get there, let us know a day or two in advance so we can help you arrange a transportation or connect you with other participants)

Notes:

1. There will be toilet if you want to freshen up
2. It will be super cold, please bring your wam attire + socks!
3. We do not include sleeping bags in the ticket, but it is reccomended to bring one
4. Please bring your own power bank for charging devices (no electricity provided)
5. Don’t forget to bring insect repellent (Autan).
6. Most importantly, ENJOOYYY HAVE FUN!!!
