The Sauce-Off

Lately, I’ve been experimenting a lot with sauces, mostly salad dressings, because I’m trying to lose weight but I also genuinely love salad. At this point, having salad before the main course has almost become a ritual XD

So I thought: why not turn this into a party and picnic??!!

The idea is simple. Everyone brings their own signature sauce. It can be a sambal, dipping sauce, salad dressing, pasta sauce, homemade sauce, a family recipe, or even a weird experimental sauce should be fine wkwkwk

We’ll provide the food: tempe, tahu, chicken, pasta, and vegetable salad

Your mission is to pair your sauce with the food, explain why the combination works, and maybe even present it like it’s a serious culinary invention :3

At the end, everyone will taste, rate, and vote for the best sauce of the night
