A few weeks ago, our friend Jihad was in his solitude. He deleted all his social media, including WhatsApp. He did it because he wanted to reconnect with himself and take a break. During his "solitude," almost every morning, he would go for a morning walk up to 4 kilometers. He started noticing new things on these walks, things he had never seen before, even though they’d always been around him, beautiful sunrises, passing by elderly people on their way to the traditional market, and breathing in the fresh morning air.
Happiness is better when it’s shared. So this week, he’s inviting YOU to join him for a morning walk. We will also have a morning coffee (KOPAG) and play a table game from WNRS!!
